What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate and maintain regular communication with customers throughout the installation life cycle, resolving open questions and job changes
- Manage all jobs from assigned area and product category, including assessing pre-existing conditions and performing product affirmations
- Conduct Job Site Inspections (JSIs) to ensure adherence to industry construction standards and address customer inquiries
- Manage timely closure of all open services within the assigned area
- Assist in the management of customer inquiries and resolve jobs-on-hold to drive efficient job life-cycle timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent
- Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in the construction/home improvement industry
- Prior experience managing residential home improvement installation projects
