      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently drive success of territory growth through cold-calling and on-site meetings
      - Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and guide prospective customers through the sales process
      - Create urgency and negotiate sales details while maintaining compliance with company policies
      - Maintain product knowledge and present device efficacy and safety to clients
      - Complete administrative responsibilities including business plans, expense reports, and CRM updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-10+ years of experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the aesthetics/laser industry
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas with complex sales cycles
      - Clean driving record with a valid driver's license
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Strong organizational and leadership abilities

      - President's Club-level results or top 20% performer in previous roles
      - Mastery of industry challenges faced by prospective customers
      - Bachelor's degree in science, business, communications, or a related field
