Overview
A high-profile entertainment family in Beverly Hills is seeking two stellar ROTA nannies to care for their two children, aged 8 months and 1.5 years. The schedule for this role will generally be a week on/week off rotation, and the nannies will live-in and work 24/7 during their shift. This role involves quite a bit of travel, and the rotation length may be adjusted to accommodate that- the nannies should be flexible to changes as needed.
Duties for this role encompass everything related to the children and their care. This includes overseeing sleep and feeding schedules, facilitating hygiene routines, planning and implementing enriching outings and activities, caring for children's laundry, child-related meal preparation, keeping their spaces tidy and organized, inventory management and shopping for necessary supplies, and packing for travel. The nannies should be excellent communicators and should understand how to maintain a cohesive team between co-nannies, parents, and additional staff. This will include keeping records to be shared across the childcare team. Candidates should have experience in a similar dynamic environment- high profile and/or rotational experience would be ideal but is not required. The ideal candidates for this role will be proactive and savvy, engaging and energetic, discreet, and knowledgeable about childhood development.
This family is not offering relocation- candidates should be within weekly commuting distance to Beverly Hills. Candidates should be certified in infant/child CPR. Travel is an important part of this role- candidates should be comfortable with both domestic and international travel and must be flexible for rotation changes. Continuing education is important to the family- the nannies should be dedicated to nannying as a career and should stay up-to-date about best practices in childcare and childhood development. The family is offering a rate of $25-28/hr. which results in annual compensation in the $140-150k range.
