  Job Title: Automated System Level Testing OperatorJob Description

  Join a dynamic team to perform automated system level testing on network switching equipment. This role involves ensuring product functionality through Pre-Test, Burn-In, and Final Test processes. You will also be responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies into product cases, and final assembly and packaging of products.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform automated system level testing on network switching equipment.
  • Monitor and report any test failures to the Manufacturing Line Lead or Technician.
  • Identify and report software or equipment issues or improvements.
  • Conduct mechanical/electrical assembly of PCBA into product cases.
  • Inspect PCBA and metal work following inspection procedures.
  • Complete final assembly and packaging of products.
  • Use fixtures and power/hand tools as per product specifications.
  • Follow detailed process instructions and meet daily goals.
  • Prepare and kit picklists for the lines and assist peers with additional activities.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment.
  • Contribute to team efforts by sharing ideas and achieving related results.
  • Work at different stations or areas on a rotational basis.

  Essential Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
  • 1-3 years of Electronic Assembly experience.
  • Experience with Line Assembly.
  • Familiarity with ISA, 5's, ESD, and lean manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of electronic testing.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP inventory is a plus.
  • Test tech experience.
  • PCB experience.
