      As a Vice President / Associate Client Advisor in the Hong Kong Intermediary Business, you'll be at the forefront of engaging with established clients and pioneering new ways to expand our client base. Leverage our cutting-edge technology and CRM systems to identify opportunities and deliver groundbreaking solutions.       Job responsibilities

      • Build and implement client strategy to drive strategic business growth.
      • Develop and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers, gatekeepers, and influencers.
      • Analyze industry trends and translate them into actionable business opportunities.
      • Deliver commercial success, quality of service and risk-controls excellence of the overall business by working with internal stakeholders through day-to-day responsibilities, strategic initiatives, and projects.
      • Collaborate to achieve overarching business objectives, including sales targets and key performance indicators.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • Minimum of 4 years in the financial industry with a robust track record and strong client relationships.
      • A go-getter attitude with the ability to bring fresh perspectives and new ideas to the team.
      • Strong Knowledge of public and private capital markets.
      • Demonstrated success in a financial sales environment, with high energy and a results-oriented approach.
      • Ability to build and manage relationships across the organization and with clients.
      • Strong fiduciary mindset with a commitment to risk control and ethical standards.
      • Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential for effective client coverage.

      Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

      • CFA designation is desirable but not a must
