- Creative & Product Development
- Implement go to market strategy for new products, adapting for U.S. market.
- Managing the execution of new product launches (i.e. timing, promotions, communication support, trade media activation, monitoring sell-through, etc.)
- Work with global team to identify portfolio gaps to help bring relevant innovation to the US market.
- Help to develop new and innovative launch strategies.
- Develop concepts for educational, editorial photo/video shoots & assets to support launch, if needed.
- Stay connected to the industry with field visits, trade show attendance, etc.
- Create all necessary promotional material (kit boxes, etc) and adapts any global assets for US market.
- Support brand manager with promotion creation, utilizing P&L to ensure promotions are profitable.
- Work with all relevant cross functional departments (regulatory, legal, R&D, etc.) to ensure all product & promotional material are compliant.
- Coordinates claims table review process from all pertinent departments to ensure all claims are compliant.
- Coordinates translation from English to Spanish with translation agency (Spanish language skills not required)
- Responsible for filing and maintaining approved documents in internal systems and databases.
- Assists with Asset Management for pertinent brands, including organizing and uploading digital product imagery and copy to support sales and marketing teams. Provides ad hoc assistance where needed. Market Analysis, Research & Portfolio Development
- Analyzing sales data (excel) and creating recommendations on products, customers, pricing & market needs.
- Understand / bring key insights from current and future market trends and dynamics.
- Collaborate and lead cross functional teams (Key account managers, sales, R&D, regulatory, legal, supply chain, education teams)
- Manage the day-to-day project timelines & logistics.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years’ experience in product development, brand, or trade marketing
- Professional beauty salon industry experience not required but highly attractive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convince & influence.
- High level of passion, initiative, and assertiveness
- Helps other succeed – a true team player.
- Demonstrated collaborative approach to strategic issues.
- Passion for the beauty/fashion industry
- Professional understanding of sub-disciplines such as e-comm, digital, events, and PR

The salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
