- You have a Grade 12 Diploma
- You have 1 – 2 years experience in a supervisory role and leading others
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- Previous retail supervisory experience is considered an asset

What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Gas Bar Manager, the Assistant Manager will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance in supporting the overall business objectives of the department. As a hands-on leader, the Assistant Manager will work along side with team members to deliver exceptional service and value to our customers. Additional responsibilities include:
