Could you be the full-time Customer Services Assistant in Plymouth we’re looking for?Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your administrative and communications expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to the customer services manager), and work alongside our new professional and dedicated customer service teammates.
You'll directly communicate with project and materials managers along with our Plymouth and Hatfield sales team. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business you will be responsible for liaising with materials professionals and stores colleagues to ensure timely despatch and invoicing of goods and products to multiple projects across Alstom and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of invoicing throughout the financial year but also day to day managing projects needs ensuring timely despatch of goods to multiple projects and sites.
We’ll look to you for:
• Managing spreadsheets
• Material control
• Timely response to colleagues
• Regular KPI management and reporting.All about you

• Experience or understanding of Microsoft office
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system preferable
