- Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
- Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director’s absence
- Use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide
- We are a 138-place centre is located within the city centre of Bendigo with easy access to public transport, schools and local businesses. There is onsite parking, making drop offs and pick-ups an ease.
- We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented centre catering to children's individual’s needs and interests, and areas of development.
- You will be joining a team of educators who are friendly, dedicated and qualified, providing fun and educational programs
- Part time across 4 days, Must be available to work on Wednesdays and other days are flexible

- Current VIC Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

- Substantial experience as a Senior Educator or in a similar role

Pay: $40.65 - $$41.98 p/h + super
