      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide specialized career coaching for students pursuing business careers
      - Advise students on career decision-making, resume writing, interviewing, and networking
      - Conduct individual student appointments and career assessments using industry tools
      - Collaborate with colleagues on departmental programming, including career fairs and workshops
      - Develop and present educational content to promote career-related skills and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Higher Education, Student Personnel, Counseling, or a related field
      - Several years of professional experience on a careers team in a college or university setting (Typically, 1-3 years experience)
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
      - Experience with project and event management (Typically, 2+ years)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using career services management platforms or applications (Typically, 1-2 years)
      - Experience supporting students across all schools and curricula to explore business career opportunities (Typically, 1-2 years)
