Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations

Support survey readiness and quality improvement initiatives

Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff

Monitor clinical systems, documentation, and care delivery standards

Participate in staffing, scheduling, and performance management

Investigate incidents and implement corrective action plans

Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence in care

Active RN license (required)

Minimum 2–3 years of nursing leadership experience in a SNF or long-term care setting

Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey process

Experience with clinical audits and quality measures

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to lead by example and drive clinical excellence
