What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering efforts across civil, environmental, structural, mechanical, and electrical teams for power generation facility projects
- Manage environmental compliance initiatives, including interpretation of Industrial NPDES permits and permit strategy development
- Lead civil/site, water resources, and water/wastewater design components for infrastructure and facility projects
- Oversee preparation of site development plans, grading and access road plans, and stormwater management plans
- Support hydrologic and hydraulic analyses and coordinate permit applications for various approvals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 5+ years of project management experience in civil/environmental engineering
- Experience supporting Industrial NPDES permitting and environmental compliance efforts
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D for site layout, grading, and surface modeling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- GIS experience (ArcGIS and related modeling tools)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and budget discipline
