      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset
      - Recruit, hire, and develop highly productive Brand Associate and Expert teams
      - Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans to maximize efficiencies
      - Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures and compliance standards
      - Promote community involvement and leverage omni-channel to enhance customer experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of retail management experience
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment driven by metrics
      - Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays and weekends

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a retail management role
      - Familiarity with retail technology and systems
      - Proven ability to lead and inspire team members through coaching and mentoring
      - Experience in driving community involvement initiatives
