      Overview

      • Shift coordination with 3PL provider, 6 days dispatches and receivals of FG’s
      • Shift responsibility for PepsiCo Quality (GMP and Food Safety), EHS, Inventory Control processes on site
      • Support execution of 10 quarterly controls testing scripts
      • Quality Inspection, loading and invoicing of approximately 2,500+ vehicles per annum per shift

      Responsibilities

      • Customer orders Management,
      • Smooth business deliveries within agreed SLA, cost, and quality
      • Material shelf-life monitoring
      • Safe work culture of area through proper risk assessment, making risk mitigation action plan and ensure implementation, LWT audits and team collaboration, Timely CAPA closure.
      • Build Quality awareness culture of area through leading LWT audits, participating FSSC and AIB audits and timely observation closure, Ensure high quality GMP for shipping area.
      • Global control system for the department through proper documentation regular auditing and implementation of mitigation plan
      • Work with Quality, Finance, safety, HR to resolve day to day operational issues.
      • Bottler interface day to day coordination with bottler, asses their need and resolve issues for customer satisfaction.
      • Vehicle and dispatch planning and ensure execution.
      • Freight optimization and freight bill checking processing.
      • Drive PTR agenda and deliver PTR targets.
      • Warehouse Space Management with WMS system
      • Deliver KPIs Like OTD, Fill rate, CPMO, LTIR, RIR
      • Export management in terms of documentation, Health Certificate, CHA handling and CHA bill processing.
      • Ensure daily MIS preparation.
      • Tracking of demand vs sales and sensitize leadership team.
      • Ensure month end closing, Physical verification.
      • Ensure Expired stocks disposal.
      • Ensure E-way bill generation for each movement.

      Qualifications

      • Deep Knowledge of SAP & MS office, Team Management, Quality and safety awareness, Driving team agenda, Cost and quality focus, strategic planning, Communication skill and Customer centricity.
      • Graduate with 2-3 years of experience is required. Post Graduation in supply chain/ management would be an added advantage.
      • Person should have high learnability and good written and oral communication. Should be comfortable working in an ambiguous and fast paced seasonal environment. Ability to multitask and handle multi-party stakeholders at the same time balancing priorities is needed.
