    • Job Description – Assistant Principal

      OLSOS is looking for a full-time Assistant Principal to join our team of committed educators as we strive to assist parents in the formation of their children through a Catholic liberal arts education rooted in the faith. The Assistant Principal is a full-time, salaried position with a 12- month work schedule starting July 1st. The Assistant Principal is one of the school’s educational leaders as a member of the principal’s administrative team. The Assistant Principal will report to the Principal, Pastor, and Vicar.

      Position Overview

      The Assistant Principal is a lead member of the administrative team, assisting with the planning, coordination, and supervision of the school's daily operations. They will also help evaluate and develop faculty, maintain student academic records, and coordinate class schedules. The Assistant Principal’s essential duties and responsibilities are as follows:

      Qualifications

      The Assistant Principal shall be a person well-organized, well-rounded, engaging, and who can facilitate growth and collaboration inside and outside the classroom.

      Education:

      • Hold a Master of Education or related field
      • Hold a Teaching Certificate or Administrative Certificate preferred

      Salary:

      Salary ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.
