Job Description
- Req#: 1630
- Ensure the maintenance of proprietary datasets to guarantee the delivery of high-quality data.
- Assist in defining market-level goals, priorities, and deadlines.
- Effectively communicate the Manager's goals and priorities to the team and provide guidance and mentorship where needed.
- Implement and oversee processes and workflows with clear communication.
- Supervise daily research operations and monitor progress to ensure timely goal achievement.
- Contribute insights on employee performance reviews.
- Collaborate with the Manager to monitor and improve efficiency and quality metrics.
- Proficient in data management
- Firm understanding of research methodologies
- Experience in research management or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
