What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage the Clinical Decision Making curriculum, program, and processes in collaboration with the Director of FNP Clinical Education
- Serve as Course Coordinator and manage Section Instructors to ensure course content delivery meets expectations
- Conduct regular meetings and observations with Section Instructors to maintain consistency and quality of teaching
- Provide timely feedback and support to Section Instructors and students regarding performance and course-related issues
- Participate in curriculum development and faculty governance while engaging in professional development activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate Nursing degree from an accredited university
- DNP/PhD/EdD in Nursing or related field
- Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 5 years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience
- Must obtain and maintain an unencumbered Massachusetts RN and APRN license
