What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote colorectal cancer liquid biopsy to healthcare providers in primary care settings
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while adhering to the national sales strategy
- Develop and implement business plans aligned with brand strategy for product launches
- Identify and partner with laboratories to enhance service offerings for clients
- Analyze competitive landscape and provide feedback for strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing field-based sales role, preferably in healthcare
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales/marketing of diagnostic products directly to primary care providers
- Product launch planning and execution experience
- Familiarity with the primary care practice landscape in the assigned territory
- High-touch customer service skills
