Job Description

- Perform GSI policy administration tasks, including new enrollment support, layer increases, maturity processing, and quoting new lives
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of routine work
- Conduct quality reviews for Genpact-completed tasks
- Collaborate with Account Managers and respond to distribution partner requests
- Follow established underwriting guidelines when addressing escalations
- Target salary range for this position is $57,000 – $60,000 annually
- Associate’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of customer care experience or equivalent combination of education/experience
- Entry-level knowledge of GSI Policy Features, Offer Letters, Renewal & Policy Administration, Billing, Maturity processing, and Commissions
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Copilot
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Currently reside within a 50-mile radius of the Portland Metro area.
- No licensing requirements
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in process execution

Job Summary
Support the growth and operational efficiency of the Account Management team through specialized administrative and analytical tasks. Maintain accurate policy records, oversee routine quality reviews, and contribute to seamless communication between internal teams and external distribution partners. Apply professional communication skills, report validation techniques, and adherence to company guidelines across all deliverables. Work collaboratively within a dynamic environment, executing project tasks and strategy under guided supervision.
Ability to travel to the home office at least 1x per year is a requirement of the role.

Salary Range:
