      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and grow sales within assigned independent retail, co-op, and dealer accounts
      - Execute programs, promotions, and distribution goals at assigned national or strategic account locations
      - Develop annual territory and business plans with VIP customers
      - Manage day-to-day coordination for distributor and retail programs, including pricing and new product setup
      - Facilitate business relationships and contribute to public relations efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of full-time exempt sales experience in the agriculture industry
      - Strong communication (both written and verbal) and presentation skills
      - Proven ability to develop deep working relationships
      - Interest in and belief in the importance of nutrient use efficiency
      - Experience selling inoculants, fertilizer enhancers, and/or micronutrients is a plus

      - BA or BS degree in an agriculture-related field
      - Innovative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas
      - Enthusiastic team player with a strong interest in agriculture
