What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, research, solve, and process assigned work related to healthcare claims
- Ensure proper benefits are applied to each claim using appropriate tools and procedures
- Independently complete daily documentation and communicate claim status as needed
- Learn and leverage new systems and training resources for claims processing
- Meet performance goals in quality, production, and attendance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- Working knowledge with computer and Windows PC applications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Experience navigating multiple programs/platforms and multiple monitors
- Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for different shifts
