What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead portfolio-level strategy for external data quality and clinical data-related operational strategy
- Oversee quality and integration of third-party data sources throughout clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution and issue resolution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational readiness
- Mentor and develop new team members while providing subject matter expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or health-related field; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical operations or clinical data management, with at least 3-5 years in leadership roles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end trial conduct and project management capabilities
- Experience with vendor oversight and partnership management
- Knowledge of EDC systems, ICH-GCP, GDMP, and regulatory expectations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in oncology preferred
- Proven ability to solve complex operational issues and provide strategic insights
