What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Explore and analyze pharmaceutical data and integrate it from multiple sources to create a unified view of stakeholder interactions
- Implement advanced analytics models and predictive algorithms to generate actionable insights
- Design and deploy recommendation systems to tailor communications based on stakeholder preferences
- Analyze omnichannel campaign performance to optimize engagement strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate omnichannel strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in data sciences or computer science
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in data analytics or related fields
- Proficiency in scripting and implementing data analytics algorithms and models
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with the machine learning lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with machine learning/AI tools in the life sciences sector
- Hands-on experience using modeling software such as Python, Matlab, or R
- Understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the U.S.
- Agile skills and experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of implementing machine learning projects from initiation to completion
