      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as Lead Consultant on customer engagements, managing multiple project teams
      - Oversee project delivery processes, including scope management and change requests
      - Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to manage expectations
      - Accurately forecast revenue, profitability, and utilization across projects
      - Capture and communicate experiences in formal post-mortem sessions to improve consulting practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-7+ years of experience as a project manager, including delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations
      - Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM or AEP
      - Proven ability to lead diverse, multi-functional teams and effectively communicate with senior client executives
      - Solid understanding of custom software development processes and engagement methodologies
      - Must be able to travel up to 40-60%

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, or PRINCE2
      - Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront
