      The Opportunity:u00A0In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing thoughtful, data-driven influencer programs and enterprise-level social solutions. Working closely with our VP, Social Engagement, you will design and implement strategies that push boundaries and deliver exceptional outcomes. You will serve as a primary client contact, fostering strategic partnerships across our agency network and guiding our clients through the evolving landscape of social and influencer marketing.
      What You'll Do:
      • Client Leadership:u00A0Serve as the primary client lead for brand influencer strategy and enterprise social opportunities, building trusted relationships.
      • Strategic Integration:u00A0Assist in creating a cohesive, integrated social offering across agencies, supporting internal objectives and client success.
      • Relationship Growth:u00A0Nurture and expand relationships with client social teams, facilitating their integration and continued growth.
      • Partnership Development:u00A0Support department leadership in building out innovative social content partnerships and pilot opportunities.
      • Cross-Functional Excellence:u00A0Regularly collaborate and interface with diverse cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class thinking and action for our clients.
      • Mentorship & Development:u00A0Serve as a mentor to junior employees throughout the agency, fostering their growth and professional development.
      • Team Inspiration:u00A0Generate enthusiasm for and commitment to the clientu2019s business among internal team members, stimulating maximum productivity and job satisfaction.
      What You'll Bring:
      • Experience:u00A06-10 years of related online marketing, web analytics, and research experience. Direct experience with digital media and/or social performance analysis is a significant plus.
      • Leadership:u00A02+ years of experience overseeing an agency capability, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
      • Social Expertise:u00A0Required experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr or Khoros.
      • Project Management:u00A0Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to drive high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
      • Communication:u00A0Exceptional ability to effectively communicate complex results and strategies in a concise and compelling manner.
      • Strategic Acumen:u00A0Adept at developing and implementing new strategies, monitoring progress, and adjusting as necessary to achieve optimal results.
      • Multi-Tasker:u00A0Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
      • Industry Knowledge:u00A0Experience and/or education in the Pharmaceutical (Pharma) industry is a significant advantage.
      • Technical Proficiency:u00A0Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint high efficiency). Knowledge of Tableau and other data visualization tools, Google Analytics, and Adobe Omniture is highly valued.
