What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Independently build, configure, and launch web and mobile native event apps using SpotMe Backstage
- Manage client communications and stakeholder interactions to enhance the overall project lifecycle
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of live events
- Oversee event operations, ensuring all aspects run smoothly during live events
- Analyze event data post-event and deliver insightful reports to clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in managing corporate B2B events from start to finish
- Strong technical skills in event platforms and ability to navigate registration and streaming workflows
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously with attention to detail
- Experience in life sciences or related industries is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with event technology platforms, particularly Backstage
- Previous experience in delivering live events, webinars, and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real-time
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on time and risk management
- Background in data analysis related to event outcomes
