What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Key Account Manager in executing strategic account plans and customer engagement strategies
- Identify expansion, upselling, and cross-sell opportunities aligned with customer goals and product roadmap
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and ensure accurate tracking of account activities
- Partner closely with internal teams to resolve client challenges and support the selling process
- Measure account health through product adoption and usage metrics to ensure ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience organizing and managing multiple account assignments in a high-volume environment
- Ability to travel up to 50%
