      Position Summary: This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic and driven candidate with an interest in retail marketing to join a fast-paced, industry-leading marketing organization in the Car Care industry. This position will focus heavily on customer experience, omni-channel improvements, and member acquisition and retention. This position is on the AutoZone Rewards team whose primary objective is to establish and nurture customer relationships with AutoZone customers through a variety of marketing tactics and channels to generate incremental revenue. This candidate will manage day-to-day program marketing activities and plans and will support the strategic direction of the program with responsibility for the delivery and growth associated with member acquisition and retention initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Optimize communication vehicles to effectively communicate onboarding/lifecycle expectations, program benefits, and enhance the customer experience. Leverage customer insights to refine and execute multi-channel/multi-phased action plans related to growth opportunities across all aspects of the loyalty program including offers, campaigns, customers, cost, and benefits. Influence the customer experience with the program by contributing new ideas based on customer research, industry trends, competitive information, field operations, and/or customer service feedback with various product owners to define and deliver. Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics Loyalty lead to develop reporting needs and create visibility of day-to-day performance of loyalty, including base program and seasonal campaigns. Helps develop and implement integrated marketing plans to include budget considerations, program goals, and forecasts for appropriate activities. Builds and completes necessary briefs to further the understanding of branding, consumer experience for the AutoZone Rewards program Track expenses to ensure that all costs are in-line with budget Distribute program strategies, roadmaps, and performance to various business units that is relevant for to their respective function. Builds, manages, and maintains relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Manage several concurrent projects with timely deliverables. Position Skills and Requirements: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans and campaigns. Act as an agent of change for the AutoZone Rewards Program and Marketing team Operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment, often working on multiple projects simultaneously Ability to manage creative resources across departments and influence priorities. Proven self-starter and team player with a track record of excellence. Outstanding execution and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail. Strong communications skills.
