Summary:
This position will be responsible for doing analysis, design/development, implementation, and support of SharePoint Applications. The position requires interaction with business users and the technical teams for analysis/development in SharePoint On-Premise and SharePoint Online. This position will be responsible to automate business processes using Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps), Nintex and other Automation tools. The role will require knowledge sharing with team members through various means such as documented specs, demonstrations, and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
• Experience of working with direct end users/customers/business users to understand the requirements and provide optimal solution
• Responsible for handling tier 1 & tier 2 support tickets and providing resolution within defined service level agreements
• SharePoint Migration using tools like Sharegate
• Design, develop and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions
• Experience of working in ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs
• Define/Improve processes to improve system performance and efficiency
• Review and implement best practices within the team to maximize system/application potential
• Analyze technologies, technical processes and / or functions, document findings, identify areas for improvement and create specifications and implement
• Document all technical deliverables as part of user manuals, technical specifications, best practices
Experience/Skills
• 2-4 years of experience in SharePoint applications development on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Experience on SharePoint applications development using client-side scripting JSOM, CSOM, C# and maintenance
• Hands on experience in SharePoint On-Premise, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, PowerApps, Nintex Forms & Workflows
• Strong knowledge on Site Collection Administration, SharePoint Out of Box features like SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Master Pages, Permissions Management
• Knowledge of Office 365 products and Azure. Should have hands-on experience in SharePoint troubleshooting - logs, correlation id troubleshooting, best practices
• Should have experience of SPFx, Angular, React & other JS technologies
• Experience of working in Scrum/Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries
• Should be proactive individual contributor & team player Emerson Classification: Internal
