      Summary:

      This position is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, primarily responsible for the internal recruitment and placement of current employees. The Internal Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for existing employees seeking new or open positions within the organization. The goal is to identify, screen, and interview qualified internal candidates and facilitate a smooth hiring process in an efficient timeframe. This role will partner with the managers and employees across the company to foster internal growth and mobility.

      Responsibilities:

      1. Responsible for posting all new roles for workstream.

      2. Through position review, becomes knowledgeable about relevant job descriptions pertaining to open requisitions, as well as organizational compensation structure and philosophy.

      3. Reviews all internal applicants that applied within the 7-day posting period that meet the qualifications of the role with hiring manager.

      4. Understands and follows transfer and job posting policies and ensure Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance for all activities relating to the posting and selection of internal candidates.

      5. Schedules interviews for hiring manager for any internals they are interested in interviewing.

      6. Creates internal recruitment events and pathway programs throughout the system. Partners with the HRBP team and employee unions to develop and enhance opportunities for employees to progress throughout the organization.

      7. Offers career coaching to employees, help them understand the skills needed for new roles, and advise on potential paths they may not have considered.

      8. Works with employees and managers to create career plans and identify skills gaps, supporting employees in gaining the necessary experience for future roles.

      9. Ensures a smooth transition for employees moving between departments or roles and manage the process for those who are not selected for a promotion.

      10. Works in tandem with the Human Resource Business Partners, identifies potential reassignment opportunities for displaced employees due to Reduction in Force or other organizational changes.

      11. Responsible for notifying manager if no internals apply within the 7-day posting period that this role will now be moved to the assigned external recruiter.

      12. After the seven-day period, any further internal applications will be passed to the external recruiter and handled as if they were from an external candidate.

      13. Maintains and models organization's values.

      14. Demonstrates regular, reliable and predictable attendance.

      15. Performs other duties as required.

      Requirements:

      - Education: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

      - Experience: 1 year of relevant experience required.
