      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a thought partner to the SVP of Community, Justice, and Impact, providing strategic leadership across the organization
      - Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals to advance justice and community building
      - Lead initiatives related to the Justice Framework, promoting a practice of justice within internal and external communities
      - Measure and analyze impact to inform organizational strategies and practices
      - Collaborate with departments to design communication strategies that support community building and the justice mission

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10-12 years of progressive experience in a related position
      - Minimum five years of experience in managing and developing staff
      - Proven record of accomplishment in leading organizational change to drive measurable impact
      - Experience in developing and implementing organizational frameworks and strategic program development
      - Outstanding communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues for diverse audiences

      - Experience in leading applied practices of justice and organizational cultural change
      - Strong understanding of the environmental field and challenges related to advancing justice
      - Skills in collecting and synthesizing data to inform decision-making
      - Experience facilitating programs that drive impact and community engagement
      - Ability to model effective communication and collaboration within teams
