      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and enter all authorizations for each regional center into the proprietary software
      - Serve as the point person for all authorization inquiries in the office
      - Communicate effectively with Regional Center staff, billing teams, and internal support services staff
      - Research and resolve authorization issues as needed
      - Alert families and supervisors of significant authorization changes, including cancellations and unit adjustments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of payroll and/or customer service experience within the last four years
      - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
      - Excellent interpersonal skills; self-driven and motivated
      - Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required
