      About this Role:

      Consertus' Advisory Group is a rapidly growing, national consulting firm; alongside our talented professionals, we are dedicated to providing program, project, construction management and advisory services to our clients.

      Due to substantial growth, we are looking for a Program Manager/Program Director level experienced individual in our Aviation Market. Implementing a large capital program at an airport is not business as usual and we work alongside airport owners providing advisory services on a myriad of areas related to capital development in an active airport environment. Our team is comprised of industry leaders that previously held various executive level roles at some of the nation's largest airports. We are looking for more industry leaders that understand the owner's perspective and the challenges they face.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Work with airport owners to assist in the implementation of large capital development programs
      • Must have the unique experience of delivering multi-billion-dollar capital programs as the owner
      • Capable of bringing leadership expertise in organizational readiness and development, project delivery methods and benefits, integrated team development, execution planning and oversight, and right-sizing development teams based on complexities of the program
      • Well-versed in risk identification and management (before and during development), program controls requirements, budgets/funding, procurement, and governance/decision-making protocols
      • Responsible to ensure key stakeholder engagement and management to facilitate successful project implementation
      • Provide direct input into business and strategic planning
      • Manage capital budgeting and finance
      • Travel required


      Qualifications/Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management (work experience may substitute for degree). Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred
      • Minimum 15 years of experience in Program/ Project Management in the Aviation industry
      • Ability to work on the Owner's Side as a trusted advisor, and form/strengthen key client relationships
