What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and activate a high-impact community of higher education leaders to drive trust and long-term growth
- Own B2B demand generation and pipeline impact with accountability for lead generation and sales enablement
- Modernize marketing functions through AI and automation to increase effectiveness and speed
- Collaborate with growth and executive leadership to translate market insights into actionable strategies
- Shape the company’s market narrative and ensure consistent brand positioning and value expression
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, branding, growth, or go-to-market leadership within higher education
- 3+ years of experience leading and developing marketing teams across various disciplines
- Strong track record in demand generation and pipeline-driven marketing
- Proven ability to articulate compelling value propositions and differentiated positioning
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent practical experience will be treated equally

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and platforms
- Experience speaking at industry conferences and events for senior-level audiences
- A demonstrated voice as a thought leader, writer, and industry contributor
