What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft and e-file various notices and forms related to bankruptcy cases
- Analyze case status, plan treatment, and manage docket and claims register activity
- Process files efficiently and provide timely notifications/documentation to clients
- Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court and manage incoming and outgoing data
- Liaise between the firm, attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Bankruptcy-Creditor Rights Law Firm
- Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven record of dependability and ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Must reside in one of the eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WV
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Plan Review, Reaffirmations, Final Cure Responses, Payment Change Notices, Post-Petition Fee Notices, and/or Transfers of Claim
