Current junior with a spring 2025 graduation date
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
10-week program
Following the program, outstanding performers will be considered for a position in our Analyst Program upon graduation
Bespoke training program led by external vendors
Weekly programmatic events to allow holistic exposure to the business
Market research
Support underwriting efforts for debt/equity opportunities
Financial analysis and modeling
Risk analysis and valuation
Drafting investment memos
Portfolio monitoring, analysis and valuation
Ad-hoc projects, presentations, and initiatives
Demonstrated interested in financial services/investment management
Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Ability to work as a member of a fast-paced, transaction-oriented team
Self-starter, must be organized and able to work independently
Ability to prioritize work and multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Ability to perform under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
