      We're Hiring for a Telehealth BCBA (Hybrid) At least 25-75% Travel Required Come join our Behavioral Innovations team. Hope starts here! Your Work and How You’ll Make a Difference: We're seeking a Telehealth BCBA to provide assessment, supervision, training, treatment modifications and progression for a remote caseload of center-based clients. This position will REQUIRE in-person time in the center on a monthly basis, or more frequent as needed. The BCBA will be responsible for a high level of communication and coordination with the center while located remotely. This position is also responsible for managing their respective contracts and billable hours, which will also include submitting information for administrative components such as billing reports, clinical reports, etc. You will work closely and collaborate with other BCBAs and Sr. Directors of Clinical Services while providing remote services. Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field BCBA Certification: Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis, per BACB guidelines Both TX & OK LBA state licensure will be required to obtain; reimbursement provided Active BCBA TX State Licensure is REQUIRED 3-5 years experience serving as a Board Certified Behaviora Analyst (BCBA) preferred 2+ years of providing telehealth coverage as a BCBA - REQUIRED Central Reach experience preferrred 25-75% Travel is REQUIRED (required to be work in a treatment center at least one week per month) Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) - REQUIRED Must be flexible to provide additional coverage at a variety of locations Willingness to work with a variety of patients Exceptional skillset with leadership, time management and observation Strong analytical thinker who is data-driven and client-centered Excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized with ability to multi-task Effective collaborator and team-player, who is empathetic and culturally competent Protect clients’ rights and privacy according to HIPAA regulations Become a Telehealth BCBA at Behavioral Innovations.
