What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, manage, and implement sales and marketing strategies for the assigned region
- Maintain established census goals and quality mix by influencing the Business Development team
- Spearhead business development initiatives to advance market share and growth strategies
- Develop strategic relationships with referral sources in acute care settings and physician practices
- Assist in recruiting and hiring talent responsible for local census development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sales leader in Home Health
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing successful business development strategies in various markets
- Thorough understanding of Home Health and Long-Term Care Market, including referral sources
- Proven history of achieving or exceeding admission goals
- Excellent communication and organization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Some college education in a Marketing-related field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience in sales training of internal and external business development staff
