What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level 1 remote technical support for hardware, software, and operational issues for company personnel in both Spanish and English
- Take incoming calls to address system or operational problems and service requests
- Resolve minor technical issues and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
- Document incidents in the Incident Management System for accurate tracking and resolution
- Assist with electronic setup for new office locations or merged offices as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable internet connection (DSL or faster)
- Strong customer service orientation with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer-based systems and troubleshooting hardware
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A 2-year technical school degree or equivalent
- Related technical certifications
- Flexibility in work hours
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations
- Experience in quality assurance testing and assessment of new software
