- Lead an interdisciplinary team in pediatric clinic locations.
- Coordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of behavioral assessments and intervention plans.
- Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing training to clinical staff.
- Communicate regularly with caregivers to facilitate treatment objectives.
- Conduct caregiver training to enhance treatment fidelity.
- Passion for working with children and familiarity with early intervention.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
- BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB.
