What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide direct clinical supervision and parent training for assigned clients
- Develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and family goals
- Support and supervise RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Central Reach
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and state regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active BCBA certification
- Active New Jersey State License
- Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism
- Commitment to collaboration, transparency, and continued learning
- Adaptability and a passion for helping families thrive
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a clinical setting
- Familiarity with Central Reach or similar documentation systems
- Participation in professional organizations related to ABA therapy
