Job Description

- Sell tickets to customers using the Ticketmaster software.
- Provide exceptional customer service while processing ticket orders and/or solving ticket related issues.
- Be prepared to answer general questions regarding seating, pricing, stadium policies, and event details.
- Accurately process customer ticket orders via credit card purchases and cash transactions.
- Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
- Previous computerized ticketing experience preferred, not required.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to listen and communicate effectively.
- Proven job reliability, dedication, strong work ethic and responsibility.
- Ability to work well within a team environment, yet comfortable completing tasks independently.
- Ability to count money and make change accurately.
- Ability to take and follow instructions in a high traffic environment.
- Possess strong computer skills and be able to comprehend basic mathematics.
- Available to work majority of events at the Stadium.

In December 2017 Nashville was named the 24th team in Major League Soccer. Nashville Soccer Club began play in Major League Soccer in 2020 at Nissan Stadium and will move into a new soccer-specific stadium in 2022.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Nashville SC is seeking hardworking, accountable, and passionate individuals to work as Ticket Office Representatives for the upcoming season(s) at our brand new stadium in the WeHo neighborhood. The Box Office Representative is a critical part-time/game day position and is responsible for assisting customers with tickets purchases and providing exceptional customer service to the fans on event/game days. This position is hourly, and applicants must live in the Nashville area.
