Job Description

- 3 years experience in processing claims, adjudication
- 3 years Experience in Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, State Federal Rules.
- 1 year of experience in an office environment
- High school or GED graduate
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts including in network, out of network providers, deductible, coinsurance, co-pay, out of pocket, maximum inside limits and exclusions, state variations
- Ability to analyze and process transactions based on rules
- Involved in fact finding, information search and data gathering.
- Checks for completeness and appropriateness of source data.
- Verifies and compiles data. Identifies and resolves routine and recurring problems.
- Process Adjudication claims and resolve for payment and Denials
- Knowledge in handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing and corrected claims process
- Knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts including in network, out of network providers, deductible, coinsurance, co-pay, out of pocket, maximum inside limits and exclusions, state variations

We are currently seeking a BPO HC & Insurance Operations Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Basic Qualifications
Responsibilities:
**Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00 AM CST until 4:30 PM CST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement
