Responsabilities: Supervise or assist in activities of land preparation, application of pesticides & fertilizers, irrigation, field mapping, planting, plot identification, rouging, de-tasseling, harvesting, note-taking and data management with internal IT systems Comply with all company policies, code of conduct and ESH standard operating procedures Follow up the Work Instructions and participate in QMS Internal Audit. Supervise and train contractors and seasonal employees on standard operating procedures, work instructions and tool operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by pipelines, breeders, and scientists. Provide timely reports on nursery and ICB progress particularly notify to Agronomic Specialist/Nursery Research Specialist any significant deviation from plan Establish strong relationships and connections with local stakeholders Other Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons (including non-traditional day-time hours) Travel up to 15% of the time particularly during peak seasons.
