Job Description

- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter or Electrician. (Dual trade, Millwright or Mechanical Fitter with limited electrical would be an advantage).
- Experience in an FMCG or high-speed packaging environment
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement systems. At DB Breweries we use TPM.
- Proven diagnostic and trouble shooting ability to fault find in breakdown situations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.

Type of Contract: PermanentYou are a trade qualified Mechanical Maintenance fitter or Electrician looking to join our team. You have experience working in FMCG, manufacturing or food production so you can hit the ground running here at DB. E xperience working with TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies are essential, as this is a key pillar in our Supply Chain division; experience working with SAP is preferred.
To meet production targets, employees are expected to respond to breakdowns, support production and carry out preventative maintenance for reliable plant operation. Additionally, you will conduct continuous improvement and breakdown analysis to improve the reliability of our production lines.
Our Waitemata Brewery operates in three shift patterns, requiring you to work on a weekly rotating shift: 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm and 10:00pm to 6:00am, Monday to Friday.
