What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for AI systems to support business operations and customer service
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for AI integration and automation

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI solutions align with organizational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

- 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or customer operations
- Demonstrated experience with AI/ML tools, particularly large language models and prompt engineering techniques
- Strong understanding of customer management systems and business process mapping
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Certification in business analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or related field
- Background in financial services, SaaS, or technology consulting
- Experience with specific AI platforms such as OpenAI or enterprise AI solutions
