As a Business Analyst for the Digital Finance Transformation team, you will work cross functionally on a variety of short term and strategic projects. You will collaborate the project team and stakeholders with functional expertise and support the research, design, build, test and operate phases of the outcome. We are looking for Business Analyst – Digital Finance. Location & commitments: Full-time job Open-ended contract after 3 months trial period Hybrid job (Warsaw office in Konstruktorska street) Your manager: Julia Legat Responsibilities: Listen to stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their needs and priorities Prioritize needs coming from stakeholders Perform functional research and design to determine possible solutions Construct ad-hoc financial models and analyses to support deliverables Perform functional testing and user acceptance testing Conduct data discovery and profiling for fit and gap analysis Design, build and operate robust and scalable dashboards and visualizations Support data migrations in systems transformations Tenaciously solve problems and make decisions under uncertainty Actively contribute to team ceremonies including: sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and retrospectives Demonstrate a strong ownership in understanding business needs and driving business valued outcome Required qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent Solid experience in accounting or finance Hands on experience with SAP ECC or S/4 Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Tableau (building dashboards and visualizations) Comfortable writing SQL queries Passionate about learning everyday Excellent in English – you will have to communicate in English with the team and stakeholders Preferred qualifications: Experience with planning solutions like TM1, Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, OneStream, or Hyperion Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst or equivalent Experience with Python or other programming languages What we offer?
