      Job Description

      • Responsible for end-to-end MCR billing process – all the aspects of Project Management, Commercial & reporting
      • Analyze & take decision on requirements of delivery & corporate departments regarding MCR billing
      • Track the changes in iGPM-MCR tool & central reports and adopt the applicable changes in BGSW IT environment
      • Harmonize & optimize the processes across BGSW locations (India, Vietnam, Mexico, Poland etc)b
      • Proposes and develops business processes to achieve continuous improvement and end to end view
      • Responsible for overall coordination of BR development in the respective area including data in all supporting tools (e.g. T&R, HP ALM)
      • Creates the BR(Business Requirement) and details the standardization of business processes based on respective PM and Process Board decisions
      • Responsible for the assigned BR (Business Requirement) development tracking in the Agile process (from cradle to grave according to SCRUM / KANBAN Rules) or Internal IT Project Execution Process
      • Responsible to coordinate with the PM for process approvals and the BR development
      • Develops acceptance/functions test and aligns it with process chain testing along with Business teams(User Departments)
      • Ensuring compliance of BGSW business processes to central governance standards, via respective BGSW Process Owners
      • Focus on performance and customer acceptance of the entire process chain
      • Involvement in initiatives, workshops, sessions, meetings, and projects that involve their process area by supplying information when issues arise
      • Representation in Process Board meetings, gathering information on Business Strategies, etc., and aligning with all stakeholders
      • Responsible for the alignment / interface between process areas within and between process chains, evaluating impacts and inter-dependencies
      • Identifies valid benchmarks against which effectiveness and efficiency of the process chain is regularly measured to ensure excellence. for ex PMMA(Process Management Maturity Assessment) and DMI(Digital Maturity Index) initiatives.
      • Participate in decisions regarding changes within the process chain(s), challenging PM decisions if necessary and escalating for final decisions

      • Direct responsibility - Receive directives from Process Chain Responsible for Process Governance and realization of requirements
      • Direct responsibility : Lead for process optimization drive
      • Supporting responsibility - work with central governance functions and BGSW Process Teams
      • Supporting responsibility - work closely with Process Managers from central functions and coordinate with development teams and BGSW Process Owners for realization
      • Knowledge and hands on experience of MCR & Redlake (central), PRIME & PEI
