  What is Required (Qualifications):

  - Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
  - Experience in developing test scripts or working with test automation tools
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with charity-related applications or nonprofit industry experience
  - Knowledge of test automation processes and tools
  - Previous experience in a systems analyst role
  - Understanding of user experience design principles
