What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Business Analyst support for T&M Enhancements to the WV PATH project
- Solicit, review, analyze, and write functional and non-functional business requirements
- Lead requirements gathering and validation sessions with stakeholders
- Manage project controls, including issues, risks, requirements, scope, and schedules
- Maintain visibility on day-to-day activities with project teams and ensure engagement with executive stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in soliciting, reviewing, analyzing, and writing business requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry, specifically with Health and Human Services, including SNAP and Medicaid
- A minimum of 1 year of experience managing project controls
- Experience with SDLC and engaging in government RFP responses and SOW activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in leading requirements gathering and validation in the Healthcare industry
- Familiarity with Health and Human Services programs, including SNAP and Medicaid
